Cissell Ink does not use AI tools for any core editing tasks, including developmental editing, analyzing or evaluating manuscripts, line editing, copyediting, writing manuscript comments, or writing editorial letters.  We will not upload any part of the client’s manuscript to a generative AI platform or use a generative AI tool on any part of the client’s manuscript.

The client guarantees their work is original, that they are the sole owners of their work, and that their work in no way violates existing copyright. Cissell Ink will not accept any work that is written or generated by an AI or Large Language Model (LLM) tool.
